Who runs the bbbonline project?

The $145,000 pilot project was funded under the Australian Government’s Small Business Enterprise Culture Program. It has been developed by the Centre for Regional Innovation & Competitiveness (CRIC) at the University of Ballarat in conjunction with the Better Business Tourism Accreditation Program (BBTAP), administered by the Tourism Accreditation Board of Victoria. The pilot is being run by CRIC staff in close consultation with BBTAP. Results of the pilot are to be shared with the BBTAP to enhance the Victorian accreditation program and progress the national tourism accreditation program.
