Smart forms link you directly into online resources and sites to help you complete the documentation and gain the latest information and knowledge.
The program is available online or take home via a CD-ROM and is supplemented by 'how to' workshops and technical support.
The program will run until July 2005 and concludes with an action- learning seminar to bring together all those involved in the program to share learning experiences.
