- in CD-ROM format
- in a web-based online learning environment
- in 'how to' workshops
Learning is further enhanced by technical support and access to mentors for operators who wish to complete tourism industry accreditation.
With bbbonline you can:
- complete only one section of your choosing or the entire program leading to accreditation
- use a range of electronic communication tools to interact with other tourism operators
- make use of online learning and resources via the Internet
What are the benefits of flexible learning?
Flexible learning has the advantage over traditional face-to-face workshops in that you have greater flexibility in choosing how and when you learn:
- The location: Geography is generally not an issue, so travel is not required or kept to a minimum.
- The venue: Your home, business or local library can become your ‘classroom’.
- The timing: You can choose the most convenient time for you to engage in all or the majority of your learning.
